The location of the apartment was perfect, just a short walk to San Marco square and near a capo retro stop. It was so convenient to be able to hop on a bus straight to the bus terminal. The room was bright and cozy, with a beautiful view from the window. Both bedrooms were comfortable and it was quiet at night, perfect for a good night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area were a bonus, making it easy to cook and relax in the apartment.

Some of the furniture and amenities in the apartment seemed a bit dated.

This place is great for anyone visiting the area. The apartment is located close to the Arsenale and San Marco, as well as the Alilaguna airport bus stop and the seafront. It's a really convenient spot for exploring the area.

Great location ! Heating. Nice views to the garden. we had a good stay there. For this price, we were satisfied with the apartments.

great location, close to vaporetto and away from tourist crowds. Spacious apartment with all amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable couch and tasteful furniture. AC and heating for all seasons. Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Easy to explore Venice and take waterbus excursions.

Low ceilings in some areas.

I had a just perfect stay, with location by waterbus. I loved the host who runs the place. It had a marvellous and stunning setting close enough to Venice as well as San Marco.

You will find a shower, hair dryer, and bidet available in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is great, very close to the Vaporetto stop and in a residential quiet area. I loved that it was just across a canal, giving it a charming atmosphere. The hotel facilities were excellent and everything was very clean. Transportation around this city was very easy, with a capo retro stop nearby. this hotel provided a perfect experience for me.

During my recent stay at Residenza Tiziano, I was pleasantly surprised by the brilliant location. Just around the corner, there was a water bus that made exploring Venice extremely convenient. Additionally, the area was very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep after a long day of exploring the city. I also appreciated that the apartment was close to a lovely stretch of the sea, away from the tourist crowds, where I could enjoy a peaceful stroll and dine at two fantastic seafront restaurants. The apartment itself had a spacious living area with plenty of storage, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

Although my stay was overall enjoyable, there were a few minor inconveniences. The sofa bed in the living room was not in the best condition and made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

A Perfect Place.

The apartment at Residenza Tiziano felt like a cozy home away from home. I loved having a kitchen with a microwave to prepare quick meals and a comfortable seating area to relax after a long day of exploring. The satellite flat-screen TV was a nice bonus for some evening entertainment.

Personally, I found the private bathroom with a bath or shower a bit small, but hey, everyone has different preferences.

The condition of the sofa bed in the living room was not good, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. there were some minor issues with the WiFi connection.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the water boat and close to bars and restaurants. The host was incredibly helpful and prompt in assisting us with any issues. Plus, the apartment had Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, and provided luggage storage. A pet-friendly and non-smoking space. A PERFECT place for a fantastic trip!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the satellite flat-screen TV in each apartment. But hey, that's just me.
